Rates
The price of the first overnight stay is €110,00 including breakfast and tourist tax. If you book more than two nights, you get a 10% discount, which rises to 15% for a booking of more than six nights.
Prices are based on two persons. Single-person occupancy is €10,00 cheaper per night. If more than two persons stay at the accommodation, a surcharge of € 55,00 per person per night applies (prices in 2022).
Children up to the age of two stay free of charge (a cot and high chair are available).
After you have placed your booking, you will receive our confirmation and all payment details by e-mail. Payment can be made in cash or by PIN on the day of arrival or by bank transfer beforehand. If you stay more than two days, we also charge a deposit of 30% of the room rate. It is also possible to pay by credit card on the premises (Mastercard or Visa). This is subject to a surcharge of 3% on the total price.
You can check in from 15:00 and you have to check out before 11:00. Naturally, other times are possible by agreement.
Cancellations
You can cancel your stay free of charge up to two weeks before the arrival date. Any later than that, we are forced to charge cancellation charges of 50% of the total amount. If you cancel within three days of the arrival date, the cancellation charges are 75% of the total amount.
If you do not cancel your booking and you do not turn up or if you cancel on the arrival date or leave earlier than planned, we will charge the full costs of the stay.
Additional services
To prevent you from having to go out shopping right after arriving, we will leave some groceries in the kitchen for you. In the fridge, you will find some drinks and other snacks are left in the kitchen. You can consume these for a small fee.
